Anyone else felt like discussing your seizure or thinking in detail about it has caused one to occur? I know it sounds somewhat weird but power of the mind is known to cause actions in our brain (it's been proven for other brain disorders). My seizures are in the temporal lobe area - which is also connected to emotions (the limbic system), so perhaps the emotions (like fear) tied to the description of the seizure brings it about?

Please share whether you've ever noticed a connection between provoking seizures through thoughts, discussion, or other similar methods.

I know sometimes just hearing the word makes me super anxious. My seizures originate from the occipital lobe but I do fear high stress situations and anxiety will cause a seizure to occur. I've had panic attacks just thinking and fixating on it.

Sometimes yeah I do. I just had one today while taking a nap and when I woke up I was on the floor. I didn't want to go back to sleep after that but I manage to find this website somehow so I'm new here but glad I have people to talk to.

Many times it seems like you could be having a great day and then you had to hear the issue of seizures or epil and it kinds of put that pressure that you weren't looking for. I think it's like pressure that makes your mind think to much it's to get one started i can talk some more later but can't keep thinking about it now.
