Alternative treatments

Medication is the first thing doctors try to control seizures. Over the years I have tried many alternative things to help control my daughters seizures some helped some didn't. Nothing stopped them entirely. Some of the things I have tried are Ketogenic diet, certain vitamins, cranio-sacral therapy, iridology, music therapy, sugar free diet with no aspartame and a few others. I know this makes me sound desperate but as you all know, when you are dealing with uncontrolled seizures after a while you will try almost anything, I did draw the line when my neighbor said he had snake venom pills made by an Indian medicine man that was guaranteed to stop seizures. Have any of you found alternative treatment that have made a difference. I would love to hear about some of them.
